While Peakora utilizes industry-leading, evidence-based patient acquisition protocols, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results, an exact number of new patients, or a guaranteed Return on Investment (ROI).
The success of any digital marketing campaign (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media) depends on numerous variables outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- The local market demand for your specific medical specialty.
- The level of marketing aggression and ad spend by local competitors.
- Third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram).
- Seasonal fluctuations in healthcare needs.
2. The Role of the Clinic’s Internal Team (Lead Conversion)
Peakora’s primary responsibility is to generate high-quality, high-intent leads and drive targeted traffic to your digital platforms. However, marketing only brings the patient to the door; your team must invite them in.
We are not responsible for a lack of clinical revenue if the failure occurs at the operational level. This includes:
- Front desk staff failing to answer phone calls promptly.
- Inadequate lead follow-up or poor patient communication by your reception team.
- High consultation fees or pricing structures that deter local patients.
- Poor in-clinic patient experience resulting in bad reviews or low retention.
Our marketing metrics focus on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) from a digital standpoint, but final clinical revenue depends heavily on your internal sales and patient-handling processes.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Google Maps
SEO is a long-term strategy. While our strategies are designed to achieve top rankings in the Local Map Pack and organic search results:
- We do not own Google. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a permanent #1 ranking.
- Rankings fluctuate daily based on user location, search history, and Google’s core algorithm updates.
- Achieving significant SEO results typically takes 3 to 6 months of consistent effort. We do not promise “overnight” organic rankings.
4. Earnings and Case Study Disclaimer
Any clinical revenue figures, patient growth numbers, or ROI metrics showcased on the Peakora website, in our case studies, or during strategy calls are examples of past performance from specific clients.
- These case studies are meant to demonstrate what is possible with our systems, not what is guaranteed for your specific practice.
- Every clinic is unique. A strategy that generated 50 implant patients for a clinic in Mumbai may yield different results for a clinic in Indore due to demographic and economic differences.
5. Medical Ethics and Compliance
Peakora is a marketing agency, not a medical regulatory body.
- We strictly avoid marketing language that promises “100% Guaranteed Cures” or “Painless Surgeries,” as this violates the ethical guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and other medical boards.
- While we draft medically relevant content, the final approval and responsibility for the medical accuracy of all campaigns rest entirely with you (the Doctor/Hospital). Peakora assumes no liability for regulatory actions taken against your clinic due to the medical claims made in your approved advertising.
6. Advertising Spend (Ad Budgets)
When engaging in Paid Advertising (PPC) through Google Ads or Meta Ads, the budget allocated for “Ad Spend” is paid directly to the respective advertising platforms.
- Peakora’s agency retainer fee is exclusively for the management, optimization, and creation of these campaigns.
- Under no circumstances is Peakora responsible for refunding Ad Spend paid to Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform, regardless of campaign performance.
