Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Peakora (www.peakora.in). As a premium healthcare digital marketing agency, we invest significant time, strategic planning, and human resources into every medical practice we partner with from day one.

To maintain the highest standard of service and transparency, we have established a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy. By engaging Peakora for our digital marketing, SEO, advertising, or web development services, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

At Peakora, we sell our expertise, time, and strategic execution. Because these resources are deployed immediately upon onboarding, we do not offer refunds for any services once work has commenced or payments have been processed.

  • All strategy sessions, audits, account setups, and monthly retainer fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

2. Cancellation of Monthly Retainer Services

Services billed on a recurring monthly basis (such as Local SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Ads Management) are subject to a 30-Day Cancellation Notice.

  • Notice Requirement: If you wish to cancel your monthly retainer, you must submit a formal cancellation request via email to contact@peakora.in at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing cycle.
  • Final Billing: If a cancellation request is submitted less than 30 days before the next invoice date, you will be billed for one final month. Our team will continue to manage, optimize, and transition your accounts professionally during this 30-day wrap-up period.
  • We do not hold your accounts hostage. Upon final payment and termination, full administrative access to all your digital assets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website) will be handed over to you.

3. Web Design & Development Projects

Custom healthcare web design requires extensive wireframing, copywriting, and coding.

  • Upfront Deposits: The initial deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) paid to commence a web development project is 100% non-refundable. This covers the initial strategy, UI/UX design, and server setup phases.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a web development project after the design phase has been approved or coding has begun, you will be invoiced for the proportional amount of work completed up to that date.
  • Once the final website is launched and the final payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Third-Party Advertising Spend (Google, Meta, etc.)

For Patient Acquisition campaigns running on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, the “Ad Spend” budget is billed directly to your credit/debit card by the respective platforms.

  • Peakora acts only as the campaign manager. We do not collect your ad spend, and therefore, we cannot refund any money paid to third-party advertising platforms.
  • Any disputes regarding ad spend must be taken up directly with Google or Meta.

5. Pausing Campaigns

We understand that clinics may face operational challenges, renovations, or doctor unavailability. Instead of canceling, you may request to “Pause” your marketing campaigns.

  • Campaigns can be paused for a maximum of 30 days without penalty.
  • To request a pause, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. During the paused period, no active management will occur.

6. Mutual Termination for Cause

Peakora reserves the right to terminate any client contract immediately, without refund, if the client:

  • Engages in unethical medical practices or requests us to execute non-compliant marketing tactics.
  • Exhibits abusive or highly unprofessional behavior toward the Peakora team.
  • Fails to fulfill payment obligations for more than 15 days past the invoice due date.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to ensure a clear paper trail.

  • Include your Clinic/Hospital Name, the specific services you wish to cancel, and the requested effective date.
